Job Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership & Research Innovation : Lead the development and execution of the company’s products.
• Develop and Maintain Client Relationships : Oversee all the projects with key clients at the first stages.
• Team Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of researchers. Establish best practices and standards for research execution, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Business Growth & Thought Leadership : Contribute to business growth by identifying new research opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, positioning us as a thought leader. Support sales and business development teams with insights, case studies, etc.

Minimum Requirements :

• Market Research Experience : Minimum of 7 years (agency or client-side).
• Skills : Strong analytical and communication skills.
• AI Expertise : Experience with AI models and prompt engineering is a significant plus.
• Languages : Fluent English is required. Proficiency in German, Spanish, French, or other languages is an advantage.
• Personal Qualities : Energetic, sociable, flexible, and responsible. Quick learner with a strong enthusiasm for technology, especially AI.
• Location : Europe / visa-free passport is preferable. Maximum 3 hours difference from CET.
