We are looking for you for our team: R&D Project Coordinator with experience in Home Care, Personal Care or Cosmetics. The position is located in Seville, Spain.

Your mission: Ensure the execution and monitoring of R&D projects, using the necessary tools and materials in accordance with the guidelines of the Manager. Coordinate all work and tasks with collaborators to ensure achievement of the projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the execution of Innovation and Development projects in coordination with your work team.
  • Organize your team ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
  • Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
  • Actively participate in internal meetings and with external ones (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.) that can promote your own training and enrich the knowledge of the department.
  • Conduct market studies and ensure awareness of the latest technologies, studying their possible effective implementation in our products.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced level of English. Advanced level of German is a plus.
  • Chemical background. Knowledge of the Household Products, Personal Wash market, or Cosmetics.
  • Knowledge of production technology on a mass scale in the FMCG field.
  • Knowledge of legislation.
  • Ability to prepare and lead project meetings.
  • Experience in facilitating collaboration and motivating project teams.
  • Communication skills, creativity, and organizational skills, ability to make decisions independently.
  • Presentation skills, ability to present proposals and recommend solutions.
