The Vall d’Hebron Institute of Oncology (VHIO) seeks a Researcher Development professional to join our newly created Clinical Research Excellence & Research Culture unit. This role translates scientific strategy into institutional frameworks, programmes, and pathways that strengthen research culture across our interdisciplinary environment.
The successful candidate will design training initiatives, competency frameworks, and engagement strategies aligned with Severo Ochoa and HRS4R commitments,
Formación
- Experience designing and scaling training programmes, competency frameworks, and research culture initiatives.
- Experience communicating across disciplines and sectors.
- Experience working in multi-institutional, cross-sector, interdisciplinary and international environments.
Responsabilidades
- Shape institutional policies and career pathways for researchers in clinical settings.
- Enhance visibility of research career pathways and develop resources and channels for researchers and clinician-investigators.
