Vall d’Hebron Institute of Research (VHIR) in Barcelona is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to advance translational research in personalized medicine for ovarian cancer. The successful candidate will join the Group of Biomedical Research in Gynecology and develop a project under guidance, while expanding scientific independence.

Formación

• PhD degree completed in the corresponding field.
• ECHE/ECTS requirements as per European higher education standards.
• Fluency in English. Desirable: Catalan and/or Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-quality research aligned with project and lab objectives, including rigorous data collection, analysis, and literature review.
• Collaborate with senior researchers to design experiments, develop protocols, and contribute to publications, reports, and grant proposals.
• Present research findings within the team and at scientific conferences or seminars.
• Provide guidance to junior researchers or graduate students and supervise Bachelor’s and Master’s students when applicable.
• Engage in professional development and work with IP/technology transfer offices when relevant.
