Job summary

Vall d’Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Clinical Researcher specialised in cardiology to conduct follow-up visits for patients in clinical studies and validate Holter ECG recordings. You will provide clinical expertise within the Cardiac Arrhythmia Unit and ensure compliant data documentation.

The role requires clinical experience as a medically qualified professional and involvement in research projects; knowledge of statistical analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up visits for patients enrolled in the group's clinical research projects.

• Review, validate, and clinically interpret Holter ECG recordings.
• Provide clinical support and expertise in cardiac arrhythmia research.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of study-related clinical data in accordance with study protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Relevant clinical experience as a medically qualified professional.

Offer Description

We are seeking a Clinical Researcher specialised in cardiology to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to conduct clinical follow-up visits for patients enrolled in clinical research studies, validate Holter ECG recordings, and provide clinical expertise as part of the Cardiac Arrhythmia Unit.

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Conduct follow-up visits for patients enrolled in the group's clinical research projects.
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary research team, particularly the Stroke Unit.
