- Proficiency in MS Windows (Word, Excel) and Google Drive.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio by prospecting and identifying sales opportunities in transport services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact via phone and email.
- Make daily calls to potential clients to present the company’s services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
- Prepare and send offers to potential clients.
- Coordinate with the operational department.
- Prepare sales reports and update tasks in CRM.
- Collect payments from clients in the portfolio.
