We are seeking a professional and motivated Sales Representative for one of our clients, a company dedicated to serving CSC by providing effective solutions through a carefully curated portfolio of products (food and beverage) and technologies.

The company culture is minimalist, results-driven, and focused on operational efficiency. Integrity, adaptability, and a strong service-oriented mindset are at the core of everything they do.

The ideal candidate is naturally skilled in communication and negotiation, goal-oriented, and able to intuitively connect with clients, understand their needs, and close deals with confidence and fluidity.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining strong commercial relationships with clients. The goal is to expand the client base, promote the company’s offering, and achieve set sales objectives.

Work Modality

Hybrid work model: A combination of in-office presence, field visits to clients, and remote work. The company is located about 30 minutes by car from Barcelona and is also reachable by public transportation. Most working hours will be client-facing, with a focus on Barcelona city and the surrounding area. The remaining time will be dedicated to CRM reporting and participation in internal meetings, either virtual or in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client presentations, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Promote and sell the company's full catalog of products and services.
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and manage a stable portfolio of active clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
  • Accurately log commercial activity in the CRM (Holded).
  • Prepare activity reports according to internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure correct and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, meetings, and professional events in the sector.
  • Contribute to the company’s expansion into new territories.

Location: The candidate must reside in Barcelona or nearby areas

Languages: Spanish (C2) and English (C1) – both written and spoken

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar sales or account management role

Education: Compulsory Secondary Education

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in CRM usage (preferably Holded)
  • Comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Familiarity with sales pipelines and funnel management
  • Able to produce and present performance reports
  • Negotiation

  • Flexible and adaptable to a constantly evolving market

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working with CSC or within the cannabis industry.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar fields.
  • Certifications in sales techniques or customer service.
  • Experience supporting territorial sales expansion.
  • Familiarity with B2B e-commerce tools and platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of ChatGPT for content and support tasks.
  • Track record of building and maintaining a stable client portfolio.

What they offer

Gross annual salary between €25,000 and €30,000, depending on experience + Sales commissions based on KPIs
