Job Description:

The Network Manager is responsible for managing the Punto Pack network within a specific geographical area, including tasks such as registrations, cancellations, onboarding, and daily management. The role ensures network quality and satisfaction, covering the provinces of Malaga, Granada, Almeria, and Murcia.

Responsibilities and Objectives:

  1. Approve all deals signed by the procurement team regarding location, potential, and characteristics of new business to be included in the network.
  2. Onboard new points to ensure proper operation.
  3. Manage incidents during the initial weeks of new points' operation.
  4. Prevent churn and optimize the operation of network points.
  5. Handle cancellations and replenish points to maintain customer satisfaction.
  6. Identify potential new businesses in the area not yet covered by SDRs.
  7. Conduct quarterly account management visits and calls to ensure network satisfaction.
  8. Implement strategic initiatives for innovation and process optimization.
  9. Comply with reporting requirements set by the Area Manager.
  10. Acquire APM points (lockers) in the assigned area as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Pipedrive, Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 3-4 days away from home).
  • Strong commercial, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Valid driving license in Spain.
  • University degree, preferably in administrative areas.
  • English proficiency (B2); Portuguese is a plus.
