Auxadi in Madrid is seeking a Reporting Manager to join our international team. You will lead project delivery, plan detailed budgets and timelines, and drive compliance with AML and KYC requirements across engagements.

You will mentor a growing team, develop talent, and serve as technical reference. The role rewards proactive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, multicultural firm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting/tax/audit outsourcing or similar role.
• Proficiency in Business Central.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Project Management: delivery planning, monitoring KPIs and compliance with AML/KYC documentation.
• Planning: detailed project planning and progress monitoring.
• Automation: track and enforce automation initiatives within the firm.
• People Management: lead, develop and evaluate team performance; provide technical guidance.

At Auxadi, we are looking for a Reporting Manager to join our international team in our Madrid offices.

What will my functions be?

• Project Management: Responsible for delivery planning and economic project management. KPIs monitoring. Compliance with all legal documentation (AML,KYC).
• Planning: Responsible for the detailed planning of the projects. Project planning monitoring.
• Automation: Keep track of all automation initiatives in the Firm. Enforce their application.
• People Management: Responsible for leadership and professional development of your team. Develop and retain individuals identified as talent. Prepare performance reviews. Act as technical reference for your team. Work supervision and deliverable monitoring.
