Auxadi, a leading international accounting, tax, and payroll firm, seeks an accounting professional based in Madrid with Brazilian accounting expertise. You will join a 300+ team across 22 jurisdictions, contributing to multi-country projects.

Responsibilities include general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and official ledgers; English proficiency required; degree in accounting; Excel skills; minimum one year experience.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting (and Postgraduate studies in taxation, are preferably)
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Previous experience of at least one year
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a multi-tasking environment

Responsabilidades

• General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date entries in the general ledger (using Microsoft ERP Business Central). Perform monthly reconciliations of key accounts.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor and track bank transactions.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices and payments. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Annual Accounts and Official Ledgers: Assist in the preparation of official ledgers.

At Auxadi, we are looking for accounting professionals with expertise in Brazilian accounting who are based in Madrid.

What will your responsibilities be?

Carry out technical work according to instructions from your Manager, and according to established procedures.
Mantain accured records and documentation.

• General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date entries in the general ledger (using Microsft ERP Business Central). Perform monthly reconciliations of key accounts.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor and track bank transactions.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices and payments. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Annual Accounts and Official Ledgers: Assist in the preparation of official ledgers.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting (and Postgraduate studies in taxation, are preferably)
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Previous experience of at least one year
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a multi-tasking environment
