We are currently recruiting for a / an Reporting and Bondholder Investor Relations Senior Analyst who will be based at our office, either in Seville or Madrid, reporting to the Consolidation Director and to the CFO.

• Prepare quarterly periodic reports on operations to bondholders and banks
• Prepare the sections in the Annual Report related to Strategy, Growth and Business performance
• Elaborate presentations, press releases and other necessary materials for the bondholder investor community
• Liaise with current bondholders in conference calls
• Prepare information requested by Credit Rating Agencies. Prepare presentations for the annual review. Over time, the candidate should become the first point of contact with rating agencies
• Support capital markets transactions
• Have a good knowledge of internal financial projections. Need to be familiar with the internal projections

Education

• Engineering or Business Administration Degree.
• Advanced English level is required (minimum C1)

Personal Skills

• Strong analytical and accounting skills. Strong financial and accounting expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong software application skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Proactive mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure

Experience & Technical Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience ideally in a reporting, consolidation or investor relations department
