Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets? We are seeking a motivated Rental Sales Agent to be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth rental experience and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservations and process rental agreements accurately and professionally.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their rental experience.
• Maximize sales by offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas, and additional services, ensuring full compliance.
• Use effective sales techniques, build rapport, highlight product features and benefits, and handle customer objections skillfully.
• Follow all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
• Identify additional services or products that could enhance the customer's rental experience.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process.
• Support branch operations by performing additional duties as needed.
