Roccabox Property Group in Marbella is seeking a confident Rentals Consultant to help clients find the right home across Marbella and the Costa del Sol, from initial enquiry to agreement.

No years of real estate experience required; prior sales or client-facing roles, strong follow-up, and relationship skills are prized. You will manage your diary with support from a busy team.

Fluent English and driving licence are important; additional languages are a plus, and training is provided.

Formación

• Previous sales, hospitality or client-facing experience.
• Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Naturally good with people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised and consistent with follow-up.
• Proactive and comfortable managing your own day.
• Fluent English.
• Additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Full driving licence.
• Previous property or rentals experience is a plus, but it isn’t essential.

Roccabox Property Group is growing and we are looking for a confident, energetic Rentals Consultant to join our team in Nueva Andalucía. You don't need years of real estate experience. What we are looking for is someone with previous sales or client-facing experience who is confident speaking to people, quick to build relationships and knows how important great follow-up is.

If you're organised, ambitious, personable and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, this could be a brilliant move into Marbella property.

You'll work with clients looking to rent property across Marbella and the surrounding areas, helping them find the right home and managing the process from initial enquiry through to agreement.

• Stay on top of follow-ups and active enquiries

Manage your own diary and organise your working day around your clients, viewings and opportunities.

We'll give you practical training, local property knowledge and the support you need to get up to speed quickly.

You'll take ownership of your own clients, but you'll have a highly active team around you whenever you need advice, support or help getting something over the line.

Our marketing generates a consistent flow of people actively looking for property, giving you genuine opportunities to work with from day one.

You'll work with rental properties across some of the most sought-after areas of Marbella and the Costa del Sol.

We work hard, move quickly and care about results, but we also want people to enjoy coming into work and being part of the team.
