Roccabox Property Group in Marbella is seeking a confident Rentals Consultant to join the team in Nueva Andalucía. You will help clients find the right home and manage the rental process from enquiry through to agreement.

This role offers flexible working on an independent consultant model with strong team support. No previous real estate experience is required, but sales or client-facing experience and fluent English are highly valued.

Formación

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles is welcome.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify new rental enquiries and understand client needs.
• Match clients with suitable properties and arrange viewings.
• Build relationships with tenants and owners and manage follow-ups.
• Negotiate and progress rental agreements with the wider team.
