Formación

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Station Management Team.
• Manage and maintain operational documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle claims-related processes, including data entry, tracking, and resolution support.
• Assist with accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic reconciliations.
• Perform entry-level clerical and specialized support tasks to facilitate efficient operational workflows.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the team by managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve administrative issues and ensure the smooth running of office or field operations.
