Are you driven by delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets? We’re looking for a highly motivated Rental Sales Agent to join our team, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
2. Ensure every customer is welcomed and treated with respect, providing an exceptional level of service from start to finish.
3. Maximize sales opportunities by consistently offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer, ensuring 100% compliance.
4. Utilize effective sales techniques by building rapport through open-ended questions, emphasizing product features and benefits, and skillfully overcoming customer objections.
5. Adhere to all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
6. Assist customers by identifying any additional services or products that may enhance their rental experience.
7. Provide unmatched service excellence, ensuring full customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process.
8. Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management.
