We are seeking an experienced Renewal Manager to join our EMEA sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the renewal process for our software subscriptions, ensuring customer & partner satisfaction, and maximizing retention rates. Additionally, the RM will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth. This role can be remote or from a local Arrow office. Occasional travel inside of Europe may be required.
