The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a structured finance professional to join a European renewable energy platform. Based across Europe, the role focuses on debt structuring, project finance and closing transactions across multiple markets.

You will model cash flows, assess financing structures, engage with lenders and investors, and support acquisitions, developments and refinancings with senior management oversight. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Formación

• 2-5 years in project/structured/infrastructure finance or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling skills covering cash flows, debt capacity and returns.
• Exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure or power transactions preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support structuring and execution of project and structured finance transactions across renewable energy assets.
• Build and review detailed financial models for project economics and debt capacity.
• Assess financing structures including senior and junior debt, HoldCo financing and other structured solutions.
• Perform debt sizing, sensitivity and downside analysis for financing capacity and risks.
• Assist with financing of acquisitions, developments, construction-stage projects and refinancings.
• Coordinate lender selection, proposals, term sheets and negotiations with banks and capital providers.
• Coordinate due diligence with legal, tax, technical and commercial teams.
