Worldwide Recruitment Energy is seeking an experienced Project Finance Associate to support the structuring, execution, and management of financing transactions across its renewable energy portfolio in Europe. The role focuses on securing debt financing for wind, solar, and battery projects and coordinating with lenders, investors, and due diligence teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years in project finance or related fields, strong financial modelling, and exposure to European energy

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in Project Finance, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
• Proven experience supporting or executing financing and M&A transactions.
• Exposure to renewable energy projects and European energy markets is preferred.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of debt financing transactions for renewable energy projects.
• Develop and maintain financial models, perform debt sizing and valuations.
• Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and financial advisors.
• Coordinate financing processes and negotiations across EU jurisdictions.
• Prepare financing materials, investment memoranda, and management presentations.
• Monitor financing covenants, reporting obligations, and post-closing performance.
