The Green Recruitment Company is expanding its Madrid office and seeks a Recruitment Consultant who speaks English and Spanish to join our international team. You will identify, screen and manage end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles within the renewable energy sector, preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them through the hiring journey.

Formación

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Interest in the renewable energy sector.
• Previous recruitment experience is a plus, especially for technical or international profiles.
• Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for companies.
• Conduct CV screenings and competency-based interviews.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from initial contact to offer presentation.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate on market mapping and talent analysis.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with sector trends.
