The Green Recruitment Company is expanding its Madrid office and seeks a Recruitment Consultant who speaks English and Spanish to help identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for the renewable energy sector.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, screen CVs, conduct competency-based interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring journey, while leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and our CRM to support international clients.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Genuine interest in the renewable energy sector.
• Previous recruitment experience is a plus, especially for technical or international profiles.
• Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades
