The Green Recruitment Company (TGRC) is expanding its Madrid office with a driven Recruitment Consultant who speaks English and Spanish. The role focuses on identifying and recruiting mid- to senior-level professionals for renewable energy companies, managing full-cycle processes, and guiding candidates through interviews and offers.

The position offers a structured career path, ongoing training from London-based Talent teams, and a competitive base salary with commission.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated interest in renewable energy sector.
• Experience in recruitment is a plus, especially for technical or international profiles.
• Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for companies.
• Conduct CV screenings and competency-based interviews.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from contact to offer.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring journey.
• Collaborate on market mapping and talent analysis.

The Green Recruitment Company (TGRC) is a leading international recruitment firm specializing in the renewable energy sector. Founded in London in 2010, we operate globally with offices in New York, Orlando, Cape Town, Sydney, Beijing, Madrid, Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, and Singapore.

We are currently looking to expand our Madrid office with a passionate Recruitment Consultan t who speaks English and is driven by talent and clean energy

Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for companies.
• Conduct CV screenings and competency-based interview,
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: from initial contact to offer presentation.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate on market mapping and talent analysis
• Sttend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with sector trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Genuine interest in the renewable energy sector
• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, especially for technical or international profiles.
• Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
