Job Title : Hiring a Human Resources Specialist

The Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth execution of daily HR processes and operations across Europe.

About the Role :

We are looking for an HR professional who can work closely with the HR team to ensure process consistency and alignment across regions. This role involves assisting with internal HR processes, operations workflows, and HR data maintenance. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with Admin and IT departments to prepare and manage onboarding tasks, including contracts, system access, and equipment setup.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Assist the HR team with internal HR processes and operations
  • Collaborate with Admin and IT departments to prepare and manage onboarding tasks
  • Provide support on HR-related payment issues
  • Implement and execute HR processes, including workflow management and employee data handling
  • Work closely with HR team to ensure process consistency and alignment across regions
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records
  • Coordinate with departments such as Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure smooth day-to-day employee operations

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably within the Spain / European market
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally; highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in Chinese, Spanish, and English, both written and spoken
  • Must hold a valid work permit in Spain
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) and on-site at the Madrid office
