RES is offering a Global Graduate Programme in Albacete, Spain. The two-year scheme provides three rotations—Business Finance, Global Business Controlling and Accounting—with real projects and mentorship, aiming to build core finance skills and leadership potential.

Graduates will gain practical exposure, partner with finance and operations, and develop reporting and stakeholder engagement capabilities within a supportive, global renewable energy network.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field completed or in final year.
• Strong academic performance and genuine interest in renewable energy.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly/ quarterly performance reporting for South Europe and assist budgeting/ forecasting.
• Contribute to financial models, ad hoc analysis and data validation for reporting packs.
• Assist across rotations in Business Finance, Global Business Controlling and Accounting.
• Learn financial modelling, business partnering and presentation skills from senior team.
