The Green Recruitment Company is hiring an Asset Manager to join an international IPP with more than 2 GW of onshore and BESS projects in the pipeline. Based in Madrid, you will oversee operating renewable energy assets and manage relevant transactions and portfolio performance.

You will lead stakeholder relationships, collaborate with O&M teams, monitor KPIs, and support audits, acquisitions, and due diligence to drive value and ensure HSE and contract performance.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in renewable energy asset management, operations, or a similar role.
• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA advantageous.
• Strong understanding of solar PV and renewable energy asset operations.
• Experience with utility-scale BESS assets is an advantage.
• Solid commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated team player with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall performance of operating renewable energy assets.
• Monitor financial, operational, and contractual obligations to ensure optimal asset value.
• Lead relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, off-takers, and service providers.
• Collaborate with O&M teams to ensure operational excellence, HSE compliance, and contract performance.
• Drive performance improvements through KPI monitoring, best practices, and process enhancements.
• Manage asset budgets, P&L performance, reporting requirements, and support audits.
• Assist with asset acquisitions, due diligence activities, and the integration of new projects into the portfolio.
