Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Asset Analyst Manager to oversee a portfolio of renewable energy assets including solar, wind, and BESS within an international IPP. The role is based in Madrid and focuses on maximizing asset value through performance optimization and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities span monitoring performance, finances, and contracts, and coordinating with investors, lenders, and O&M teams to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in renewable energy asset management or similar.
• Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business; MBA advantageous.
• Strong understanding of solar PV and asset operations.
• Experience with BESS assets is an advantage.
• Solid commercial, financial and stakeholder skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated team player with proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall performance of operating renewable energy assets.
• Monitor financial, operational, and contractual obligations to ensure optimal asset value.
• Lead relationships with investors, lenders, off-takers, and service providers.
• Collaborate with O&M teams to ensure operational excellence, HSE compliance, and contract performance.
• Drive performance improvements through KPI monitoring, best practices, and process enhancements.
• Manage asset budgets, P&L performance, reporting requirements, and support audits.
• Assist with asset acquisitions, due diligence activities, and the integration of new projects into the portfolio.
