The ideal candidate has wind energy experience, strong analytical skills, and readiness to travel up to 20% with relocation to Barcelona to join the Remote Operations Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical systems experience in operations.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Analytical, calm under pressure, and collaborative problem solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Fluent English, relocation to Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms.
• Support commissioning and service via remote diagnostics.
• Assist field teams to resolve issues and restore performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to solve problems.
• Analyze operational data for faults and trends.
• Support reporting of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvements and optimization.
• Provide support during grid outages with safety focus.
• Work rotating weekday shifts with on-call weekends/holidays.
