GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind Energy) in Barcelona, Spain. Lead safe, efficient operations from a remote hub, guiding commissioning and service phases while ensuring turbine reliability.

You will collaborate with site teams and engineers, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement across operations and reporting. English fluency is essential; willing to relocate to Barcelona.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in wind energy.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them to troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA systems and digital monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
