Nextlane is transforming the automotive customer journey through software solutions. We seek a senior product leader to define strategy, align multi-product portfolios across DMS, CRM, Platform and Cloud, and drive multi-year roadmaps with executive visibility.

You will partner with the CTPO and senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans, govern the product operating model, and communicate compelling narratives to boards and investors.

Formación

• Senior experience in product strategy, operations, or leadership enablement at Director or Senior Director level within SaaS or other mission-critical enterprise software environments.
• Experience in complex, multi-product portfolios; transformation or legacy-heavy contexts; PE-backed or investor-driven environments is valued.
• English: Fluent; a second European language (e.g. French or Spanish) preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level narratives, board materials, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of modern product development models, Product–Engineering collaboration, platform architectures, and portfolio-level planning.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, Support, Professional Services, and Executive Leadership in complex, matrixed, international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support the definition, stress-testing, and execution of product and technology strategy across Nextlane’s portfolio, working with CTPO and senior leaders.
• Translate strategic objectives into multi-year plans, annual priorities, and executable roadmaps with explicit dependencies and trade-offs.
• Drive portfolio-level planning and prioritisation across DMS, CRM, Platform, and Cloud use cases; support capital allocation and sequencing decisions.
• Develop, review, and challenge business cases for major initiatives, including ROI and payback timelines.
• Strengthen product readiness and execution predictability through capacity planning, dependency management, and risk tracking.
• Help define and evolve the product operating model, governance, and performance dashboards.
• Act as trusted partner to CTPO in executive/investor communications, including board materials and narratives.
• Support and challenge senior product leaders to raise strategic clarity and outcome focus.
• Contribute to long-term portfolio evolution and platform convergence initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the definition, stress-testing, and execution of product and technology strategy across Nextlane’s portfolio, working closely with the CTPO and senior product leaders.

• Translating strategic objectives into clear multi-year plans, annual priorities, and executable roadmaps, ensuring assumptions, dependencies, and trade-offs are explicit and understood.

• Driving portfolio-level planning and prioritisation across DMS, CRM, Platform, and Cloud use cases, supporting capital allocation and sequencing decisions.

• Developing, reviewing, and challenging business cases for major initiatives, including revenue impact, cost-to-serve efficiency, delivery cost, risk, and payback timelines.

• Strengthening product readiness and execution predictability through realistic capacity planning, dependency management, and risk tracking.

• Helping define and evolve the product operating model, planning cadence, governance, and performance visibility through dashboards and decision-grade metrics.

• Acting as a trusted partner to the CTPO in executive and investor-level communication, including board materials and strategic narratives.

• Supporting and constructively challenging senior product leaders to raise the bar on strategic clarity, operational rigor, and outcome focus.

• Contributing to long‑term portfolio evolution and platform convergence initiatives, supporting a more unified, platform‑led product organisation.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

Proven senior experience in product strategy, product operations, or product leadership enablement at Director or Senior Director level within SaaS or other mission‑critical enterprise software environments.

Experience in complex, multi-product portfolios, ideally in transformation or legacy‑heavy contexts. Exposure to PE‑backed or investor‑driven environments is highly valued.

Languages:

English: Fluent (interview will be conducted in English).

Second European language preferred (e.g. French or Spanish).

Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive‑level narratives, board materials, and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of modern product development models, Product–Engineering collaboration, platform architectures, delivery constraints, and portfolio‑level planning.

Comfortable developing, assessing, and defending business cases with clear articulation of ROI, risk, and strategic rationale.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, Support, Professional Services, and Executive Leadership in complex, matrixed, and international environments.
