Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Camarero/a de Sala or similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish; English is a plus.
• Proficiency with online communication tools, video conferencing and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage online reservations and guest communication via digital platforms.
• Greet virtual guests and guide them through the online dining process.
• Coordinate with the culinary team for timely virtual dining experiences.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues during virtual meals.
