Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety initiatives across our AI platforms. You will translate safety requirements into product features, moderation capabilities, and third-party integrations, working with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Support teams.

You will shape how safety products evolve as the company scales, balancing user protection with legitimate expression while navigating sensitive content at scale.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate safety and legal requirements into product specs and dashboards.
• Experience balancing user safety with user freedom in consumer platforms.
• Knowledge of AI governance, moderation tools, and incident handling.
• Fluent in English with cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate safety policies and legal requirements into product requirements and engineering work.
• Own in-house moderation system improvements and AI guardrails with Engineering/AI teams.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to integration and monitoring.
• Establish safety dashboards and QA processes to prevent harmful content.
• Run red-teaming and adversarial testing for moderation systems.
• Conduct trust and safety reviews for new features with early design involvement.
• Coordinate incident response with risk, policy, and user-support teams.
