Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to hire a Trust & Safety Product Manager. The role focuses on safety and compliance for a large consumer product and involves working with engineers and stakeholders across CTO, Legal & Safety Lead, and Product Lead. Remote Europe, B2B contract, full-time.

You will own safety features, define moderation thresholds, and balance user safety with regulatory needs, including reviewing disturbing content as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with demonstrated ownership.
• Strong judgement on safety and regulatory trade-offs.
• Solid understanding of safety systems: thresholds, false positives, human review.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver safety and compliance features with engineers.
• Drive roadmap for AI moderation, age checks and red teaming.
• Make safety/regulatory trade-offs balancing user safety and product impact.
• Define detection thresholds and manage false positives.
• Collaborate with CTO, Legal & Safety Lead and Product Lead.
• Review reports involving disturbing or illegal content.
