Location: Remote (must reside in Spain or Gibraltar)

Salary:

• Regular Role: Base Salary: £17,000 (€19,976); With Commission: up to £31,000 (€36,428)
• Senior Role: Base Salary: £20,000 (€23,502); With Higher Commission: up to £50,000 (€58,755)

About the Job

We’re hiring for a company that assists English-speaking clients with wills and future planning. Your role will involve calling existing customers (who already have a will with us) to offer additional services, explaining benefits, and making sales. This position is remote, with full training and support provided. There is potential for advancement into a senior role.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, especially over the phone
• Fluent English speaker
• Registered as Autónomo in Spain
• Reside in Spain or Gibraltar
• Own a laptop and have reliable internet
• Confident in speaking and writing
• Technologically proficient
• Flexible, quick-thinking, and calm under pressure
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 10am – 7pm (with a 1-hour lunch); Friday: 10am – 3pm; 37 hours per week.
