Formación

• Technical training or equivalent experience in machinery support.

Remote Support L1 - English Speaking

At Meltio, we are looking for a L1 Remote Support Technician to join our support team and help our customers optimize the performance of our metal 3D printers!

We are a young, yet rapidly growing company, aiming to take metal 3D printing to the next level by developing high-performance, affordable, and easy-to-use metal 3D printing solutions.

What are we looking for?

As part of the technical support team, you will be the key link between our customers and laser metal deposition (LMD) 3D printing technology. Your job will be to ensure that our systems are working properly and to provide efficient and quality technical service to our users, which include technology centers, universities, 3D printing service providers and industries.

Main responsibilities:

• Remotely diagnose and solve technical problems (hardware/software) in our metal 3D printers.
• Guide customers in the maintenance, calibration and optimization of equipment.
• Correctly identify problems and coordinate the shipment of spare parts or on-site assistance if needed.
• Document all customer interactions in our support portal to ensure proper follow up.
• Support field engineers in advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of machines.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge bases to improve support effectiveness.

You will be a great fit for the Meltio team if you are/have:

• Technical training in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in machinery technical support.
• Experience in maintenance or technical support of industrial equipment, CNC machinery or 3D printing.
• Valuable knowledge in 3D modeling software, CAM and additive manufacturing workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic schematics.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both oral and written.
