Lion Studios is seeking a Studio Management Director based in Spain to lead a global studio management function within a fast-growing mobile gaming publishing environment. You will oversee a team of studio managers, build premium developer relationships, and shape regional and global partnership strategies to keep a healthy pipeline from prototype to soft launch.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and support a global team of studio managers, building high-quality partner relationships and achieving commercial/operational objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and scale the studio management organization across regions as the business grows.
• Support business development by identifying, winning, developing, and retaining high-value external development partners.
• Develop and implement regional and global business development strategies aligned with the portfolio.
• Oversee the game pipeline from prototyping to soft launch, ensuring timely progress and removing blockers.
• Negotiate, update, and manage publishing contracts with legal stakeholders.
• Represent the studio management function to senior leadership, reporting on performance and pipeline health.
