Job summary

papernest is seeking a Strategy & Project Management Intern for a 6-month program starting January 2027. You will work with the Insurance and Carbon Compensation verticals across countries, contributing to market exploration and product launches.

The role blends strategy, analytics, and project ownership in a fast-growing company. Fluency in French plus English or Spanish is required, with one remote work day per week and a monthly internship compensation of €800.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker; fluent in English and/or Spanish (many meetings in Spanish).
• Analytical mindset with solid business acumen and data-driven approach.
• Eagerness to learn, curious, and able to adapt in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing operations and business development for existing verticals through data analysis, process optimization, and performance improvement.
• Drive strategic studies and business plans for new verticals, from market research to P&L modeling and small pilot tests.
• Coordinate multi-team launches by aligning Data, Product, CRM, and Operations teams around clear goals and frameworks.
