papernest is seeking a Strategy & Project Management Intern for a 6-month start in January 2027, joining the Insurance and Carbon Compensation verticals across three countries. You will support operations, analyze data, optimize processes, and drive strategic studies from market research to pilot tests, coordinating cross-team launches with Data, Product, CRM, and Operations.
Fluent French is required; English and/or Spanish is preferred.

With over 900 employees, we are strengthening our position as a European market leader. In this role you will: We are looking for a trainee from January 2027 for 6 months. As a Strategy & Project Management Intern, you’ll work directly with the manager of our Insurance and Carbon Compensation verticals in 3 different countries, and contribute to the exploration and launch of new markets and products.
Your responsibilities: You’ll take part in a wide variety of projects — from strategic analysis to operational execution — and gain transversal exposure to business, data, and product challenges. Your role will include: Supporting ongoing operations and business development for existing verticals through data analysis, process optimization, and performance improvement. Continuously identifying opportunities to improve product performance and internal processes. Driving strategic studies and business plans for new verticals, from market research to P& L modeling and small-scale pilot tests. Coordinating multi-team launches by aligning Data, Product, CRM, and Operations teams around clear goals and frameworks. Participating in the creation of scalable models and long-term management structures once launches are complete.

We’re looking for someone who: Is a native French speaker, fluent in English and/or Spanish (many meetings are in Spanish). Thinks analytically and logically, with solid business acumen and a data-driven mindset. Is eager to learn, curious, and comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone. We value humility and adaptability. Shows initiative and can become autonomous over time — strong early support will be provided. Enjoys communicating with diverse teams and can coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BigQuery. Comes from a top‑tier business or engineering school. Has prior experience in consulting or startup/scaling environments.
