Audiense is a remote-first analytics-to-action platform empowering teams to understand and activate consumers. The SRE Platform Engineer role in Spain focuses on unifying internal platforms with a product mindset, practicing XP, TDD, and incremental delivery.

You will work with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and internal tooling to reduce cognitive load and enable other teams to move quickly and safely. This is a hands-on, collaborative role in a distributed environment.

Formación

• Experience running production infrastructure used by other teams.
• Ability to balance reliability, security, and cost.
• Comfort with ambiguity and real-world trade-offs.
• Strong collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and evolve the platform and infrastructure with a roadmap.
• Build internal tools and automation, often with AI, to improve the developer experience.
• Reduce KTLO by automating manual steps and freeing time.
• Provide infrastructure support to developer teams to ship faster and safer.
• Operate containerised workloads on AWS ECS and Kubernetes (AWS EKS) in production.
• Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Improve reliability, observability, performance, and cost-efficiency across the platform.
• Participate in architecture, design, and prioritisation discussions.
• Mentor teammates and help keep SOC2-compliance.
• Join paid on-call rotation after gaining experience.
