ING MADRID is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to join our Architecture CoE. You will design end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring alignment with domain and enterprise architecture and IT strategy, while guiding squads on the best technical direction.

You will refine dependencies with Enterprise/Domain Architects and lead efforts to align the tribe's assets roadmap, manage stakeholder communications, and maintain up-to-date documentation across IT landscapes.

Formación

• A clear strategic vision of the bank and IT objectives.
• Know and understand the technology strategy applied to tribe assets or products.
• Working knowledge as software engineer, architect or similar with technical background.
• High knowledge of the tribe domain infrastructure and IT assets.
• Skills to influence and manage stakeholders.
• Assertive, able to communicate clearly and directly.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with domain and enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
• Refine solution directions and dependencies with Enterprise/Domain Architects and squad members.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with design and standards.
• Collaborate with Domain Architect and IT/Business Chapters to elaborate tribe and assets roadmap.
• Help align and resolve dependencies between squads.
• Facilitate epics slicing into features with delivery squads.
• Align with IT Chapter Leads on tribe IT landscape evolution and maintenance.
• Maintain up-to-date systems documentation.
