Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Barcelona for a fully remote, hourly-contract role focused on AI-assisted coding. You will write, review, and refine AI-generated code, ensuring correctness, readability, and safety while training systems to think like developers.

You will work asynchronously on a flexible schedule across languages and platforms, with the chance for ongoing engagements as new AI projects launch.

Formación

• Strong programming skills across multiple languages and paradigms.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Software Eng.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for quality, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works — or doesn't.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge‑case scenarios to stress‑test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI‑generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
