Alignerr in Valencia (remote, hourly contract) is seeking Software Engineers to help shape AI-generated code. You will write, review, and improve AI outputs, providing expert feedback to make AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable.

Bring proficiency in multiple languages, strong understanding of data structures, and a disciplined approach to debugging. Work independently, set your own hours, and contribute to cutting-edge AI projects with real impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Ability to read, write and reason about code with clarity.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Rank multiple AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
