Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists for structured evaluation and labeling tasks that improve AI tools used by millions. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role open to applicants from any background, with a sharp eye and the ability to follow detailed guidelines.

You will label, rate, and classify AI outputs across text, image, and audio, assess quality, and provide structured feedback. No prior AI experience required.

• Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and classification — that train AI models to perform better

• Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality AI responses using structured feedback tools
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

What You'll Do

• Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and classification — that train AI models to perform better
• Evaluate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality and accuracy
• Follow detailed rubrics and guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
• Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality AI responses using structured feedback tools
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions with consistency
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without close supervision
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Comfortable using web-based tools and digital platforms
• Curious about AI and eager to contribute to its development
• No prior AI, tech, or data experience required

Nice to Have
