Job summary

ICON, a leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is seeking a Site Contracts Negotiator II to independently negotiate and execute clinical trial agreements and budgets for multiple studies. You will collaborate with sites and internal teams to enable efficient study start-up and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong contract management experience, fluent English and Spanish, and the ability to handle multiple contracts with timelines, while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, life sciences, or related field.
• Experience in site contracting, contracts administration, or similar in CRO, pharma, or healthcare.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French or Portuguese are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and timelines; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate site contracts and budgets with investigator sites within defined parameters and playbooks.
• Review and adapt contract language to reflect sponsor requirements, local laws, and site feedback.
• Manage a portfolio of contracts, monitor cycle times, and address barriers to execution.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to resolve questions and ensure alignment.
• Maintain accurate records of negotiations, approvals, and executed agreements.
• Support improvement of templates, processes, and guidance, and mentor junior colleagues.
