Dynatrace is seeking a Solution Architect to lead highly skilled engineers across enterprise accounts, assessing and guiding implementation at scale. You will work with product engineering to close gaps and deliver optimized, scalable solutions in dynamic hybrid environments.

Travel to customer sites is possible; strong communication and consulting skills are essential to drive successful outcomes across cloud and on-premises deployments.

Formación

• Extensive work or consulting in large enterprise environments.
• Experience using Dynatrace or managing Observability/APM solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with certifications or deep expertise.
• Solid understanding of network topologies, routing, security, load balancers and capacity planning.
• Experience with container-based solutions (Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes).

Responsabilidades

• Lead highly skilled engineering staff across customer accounts.
• Isolate major performance issues and design mitigations in large environments.
• Collaborate with product engineering to close gaps and drive improvements.
• Contribute hands-on solutioning for deployments and customer-specific solutions.
• Share best practices and guidance with the wider consultancy teams.
