Dynatrace is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to drive the success of large Dynatrace customers, accelerating deployments and guiding planning, adoption and operations across complex engagements.

You will lead end-to-end enterprise rollouts, align services with partners, and manage digital transformation initiatives, coordinating with multiple Dynatrace teams and client stakeholders. This role supports remote work within the United States.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with IT focus.
• 3+ years Dynatrace Technology Consulting or equivalent.
• Strong PM, presentation, documentation capabilities.
• Experience with large enterprise deployments and leading organizational initiatives.
• Ability to bridge business and IT discussions at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end enterprise Dynatrace rollouts for up to 2 clients (approx. 20 hours per client).
• Align Dynatrace services with partners for cohesive delivery.
• Guide ACE Services teams in the Delivery Framework and ensure engagement success.
• Lead key client meetings, kickoffs, status updates and business reviews.
• Define and track customer goals for each engagement; drive deployment and adoption strategies.
