You will manage end-to-end recruitment for production, engineering, and management roles across diverse industrial locations, while delivering strategic sourcing and client advisory services.

You will build strong client relationships, conduct thorough assessments, and guide salary discussions with market insights.

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience with manufacturing/industrial focus.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for technical roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chains.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Our client, a leading Recruitment Consultancy, is expanding its remote workforce and is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Manufacturing sector. This role will operate on a fully remote basis, allowing you to manage recruitment processes for clients across various industrial locations. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing skilled professionals within manufacturing operations, from production roles to engineering and management. Key Responsibilities
