Job summary

Cas Training, on behalf of a prestigious global financial institution, seeks a Senior Investment Banking Financial Analyst to join a fully remote team. The role focuses on sophisticated financial advisory, complex modeling, and strategic recommendations for a global client base.

You will build models (DCF, LBO, M&A), perform market research, prepare pitch books, and support deal execution. Strong communication and independence in a remote setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant investment banking/financial analysis experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation proficiency.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, M&A, and sum-of-the-parts valuations.
• Conduct comprehensive industry and market research, analyzing economic trends and regulatory environments.
• Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and reports for client meetings and deal execution.
• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising (debt and equity), and other corporate finance activities.
• Perform due diligence on potential transactions, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements and KPIs to assess company performance and valuation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and strategic advice.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in a remote setting.
