Amaris Consulting is seeking a senior Data Migration professional to lead end-to-end migration initiatives in global programs. You will architect data migration frameworks, drive source-to-target mapping, and coordinate cutovers across ERP ecosystems.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in data migration, strong governance experience, and excellent English communication. The role offers a globally connected, agile environment with flexible remote options and strong professional growth.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Data Migration, Data Architecture, or related roles.
• Strong experience leading enterprise-wide data migration initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management.
• Experience with ERP platforms, ideally SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or Oracle Fusion.
• Expertise in data mapping, transformation rules, reconciliation processes, and migration validation activities.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead end-to-end data migration strategies across global transformation programs.
• Design migration architectures, frameworks, governance models, and technical standards.
• Lead data discovery, profiling, assessment, cleansing, and source-to-target mapping activities.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, enterprise architecture standards, and migration solutions.
• Review and approve migration designs, transformation logic, validation processes, and reconciliation approaches.
• Coordinate migration waves, cutover planning, rollback strategies, and go-live readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Data Governance teams, and external partners.
• Mentor project teams and provide technical leadership throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, scalability, and maintainability across solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in Data Management and Data Migration.
