Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Creative Hybrid (Storyteller) to join Design Studios. You will shape narratives across strategy, brand, and data-driven reports, collaborating with designers, strategists, and clients to land compelling stories that move executives.

You will translate complex consulting thinking into accessible narratives, leveraging AI as a collaborator while preserving human voice and judgment.

Formación

• Degree in journalism, communications, creative writing, advertising, English or related field.
• 4–6 years in a creative agency, brand consultancy, in-house studio, or professional services with narrative range.
• Portfolio showing narrative range, strategic depth and craft.
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders, workshops, presenting recommendations.
• Familiarity with data storytelling and translating research into clear narrative.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to creative projects end-to-end, from brief to final delivery, shaping the narrative across disciplines.
• Define the story from complex briefs and data sets to find the human through-line.
• Write brand manifestos, campaign platforms, and verbal identity systems.
• Translate research, data, and insights into compelling narratives that earn trust.
• Collaborate with AI tools while maintaining human authorship and judgment.
• Participate in client workshops, present creative recommendations, and support story shaping sessions.
