Job summary

Nuvolar Works is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to own end-to-end architecture across multi-cloud Salesforce projects and key client programs, starting with a strategic health-insurance client’s Experience Cloud initiative.

You will influence pre-sales, stay hands-on with development tasks, and collaborate with PMs, PO, developers, and client IT leaders while shaping the architecture practice and delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years working with Salesforce, including 3+ years as architect or technical lead on client projects.
Hands-on development in Apex, LWC and Flow.
Experience with at least two Cloud products (Sales/Service/Experience/Marketing/Industry Cloud).
Proven experience designing integrations and choosing the right integration patterns.
Strong knowledge of data modelling, sharing and security models, and governor limits.
Proven experience designing and/or delivering AI solutions on Salesforce stack or with external LLMs.
Active Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I plus three additional certifications.
Excellent oral and written English and Spanish; capable of presenting to client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture for client projects from discovery to go-live.
Design scalable data models, sharing and security models including large data volumes.
Define integration patterns between Salesforce and ERP, marketing, data and legacy systems.
Decide between declarative and programmatic solutions and document ADRs and architecture diagrams.
Define sandbox strategy, CI/CD and DevOps processes and support release planning.
Review designs and code; mentor developers and consultants; assist with development tasks.
Design and deliver AI capabilities within Salesforce (e.g., Data Cloud, Agentforce) or with external LLMs.
Shape pre-sales proposals with solution approach, estimations and technical assessments.
Present architecture options and trade-offs to client IT and business leaders.
Contribute to Nuvolar’s architecture practice with reusable standards and templates.
